Goleta Museums
The Goleta Valley Historical Society (http://www.goletahistory.org) has completely furnished the 1972 Stow House at 204 N. Los Carneros Road with period furnishings. On the grounds there also is the Goleta History Museum, a working blacksmith shop, a Maritime Museum, and Carriage House. For information call (805)964-4407
Music At The Stow House Ranch (2011)
Tuesday Evenings: July 12, 19, 26 & August 2, 9, 16
5:30-7:30 pm
This six-week series will take place on Tuesday evenings in July and August. The community is invited to enjoy live music surrounded by the serene beauty of the gardens of Stow House. This series is an excellent opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy performances by local musicians. Beverages including wine and beer available for purchase. Bring a picnic and enjoy dinner alfresco! Special thanks to ATK Space Systems.
The 2011 line-up will include: The Goodland, Tony Ybarra, Area 51, Donna Greene & The Roadhouse Daddies, Somos Son and Spencer the Gardener.
Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration

Our 37Th annual festival! You are invited to celebrate the Fourth of July in an old-time atmosphere: Children and adults will enjoy a day of live music, hayrides, BBQ, museum tours, various games and races, pony rides, local artists, engine show, classic cars, Hollister Brewing Company beer, and much more. The South Coast Railroad Museum (http://www.goletadepot.org) at the Goleta Depot is located at 300 N. Los Carneros Road. The waiting rooms have been restored and are open to the public. Special group tours are also available. For information call (805)964-3540.
