California Lemon Festival
For the past 19 years, the Lemon Festival has been the biggest celebration in the Goleta area and it keeps getting better each year. You’ll find wonderful food, a fantastic family atmosphere, and variety of entertainment and activities that have made this the most anticipated eventin the Goleta Valley. This weekend also includes the Goleta Fall Classic Car and Street Rod Show and the ever-popular 'Safety Street.' Don’t miss our pie-eating contests, the arts and crafts vendors, and our new Green Business trade show.
Goleta Fall Classic
Goleta Fall Classic Car & Hot Rod Show is held in conjuntion with the Annual California Lemon Festival, a FREE family event recognizing the Santa Barbara area's long term history with lemon farming. Celebrating with all types of lemon flavored food and drink, a beer garden and day long live music and dance makes for a very unique car show venue. Over 10,000 spectators visit the lemon festival and car show.
Music in the Park
The Music in the Park Concert Series will be held each and every Sunday evening starting in September, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm until early October at Girsh Park.
Girsh Park is located at 7050 Phelps Road, South of the Camino Real Marketplace, between Santa Felicia and Phelps Road.
4th of July
The Goleta Fireworks Festival is thrown by the Rotary Clubs of Goleta each July 4th, from 4:00pm through 9:30pm. For more information view the Rotary Club’s Fireworks website at http://www.goletafireworks.org/ or Call: 805-961-3939.
