Membership is on an annual basis (January through December). Renewal notices are sent in November and December of each year.

Six to ten employees - $460.00
Eleven to thirty employees - $635.00
Thirty-one to fifty employees - $785.00
Fifty-one or more employees - $1,300.00
Individual (No Business Affiliation) - $160.00
